Luxe villa tussen de Etna en de zee

Il Portico is simply an amazing villa. From the spaceous pool you have an uninterrupted view of both the Etna and the sea. The house has all the luxury that one looks for in a villa, but also has a very playful ambiance. The pizza oven was great, BBQ, pool, lounge set, large dining table, ping-pong table etc.. The house is beautiful, but luckily not too dignified for larger families.  In the kitchen closets can be found some leftover vinegar, oil, saltpepper, coffee etc.. Things that the previous occupants pass on to the following guests, which creates a comfortable setting. The owners are exceptionally kind and hospitable. They gave us many good suggestions. Especially the tip that we should get some take-away Italian food at the little shop down the road (strongly recommended). In brief, we've had an amazing time. Family Goosen
