La Grange des Fragons

This spacious holiday home accommodates 10 to 12 guests, featuring 140 m² of living space. On the ground floor, there's a bedroom with a king-size bed and another with two single beds. Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom with a double bed, a second room with bunk beds and two single beds, plus a mezzanine with a double bed. The home includes two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with both a bathtub and shower), three toilets, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Pets are not allowed, and WiFi and private parking are provided. Located near the Grand Défi park, which offers tree climbing, paintball, and water activities, the home is also just 15 minutes from the beaches of St Gilles Croix de Vie and Brétignolles sur Mer.
