In this cozy and modern house you can spend holidays near the sea and the beach in the north of Mallorca. The small front porch has two garden chairs, to spend romantic moments, chatting and having a glass of wine. Behind, there is a terrace with a large umbrella where you can have a delicious outdoor barbecue. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors around.

The rooms have a fresh design, with light furniture and large windows that let in plenty of light. In the living-dining room you can spend moments with your loved ones, watching satellite television or enjoying dinner together. The open kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple dishes and, among other things, there is a ceramic hob, a microwave and an oven. To make great breakfasts, there is a coffee maker, toaster and juicer. The ground floor is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub. This house offers 3 comfortable bedrooms on the first floor, all with wardrobes. You can choose between two rooms with two single beds and one with a double bed. One of the bedrooms with two beds has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a separate shower upstairs. If babies travel, we provide 2 cribs and 2 high chairs. There is ducted A/C (cold air only).

Sea, beach and a great atmosphere await our guests in the town of Can Picafort. The beach extends for several kilometers and is made of fine sand. In the Capellans part you can eat a paella on the beach, listen to live music in one of the beach bars and spread your towel directly on the sand. If you like walking, you can walk along the shore to Puerto de Alcúdia, although it is a long way. In Can Picafort there are restaurants of all kinds, cafes, shops and supermarkets; In a few words, everything you need for an independent vacation. At the market, which takes place every Friday, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes and jewelry, among many other things. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
