We were looking for accommodation close to Dubrovnik but with sea view and free parking onsite as we were traveling by car, We got everything in Mokosica and we were more than happy with the choice, Mokosica has a very nice walking street along the bay, over 3 km and is good for anybody who likes long walks or bicycle rides, The owners offered us 2 bicycles for free (that's a shame that we are not good at cycling, but we are definitely very good at walking), The owners were very helpful and very friendly! In the end of April - beginning of May (we stayed for 3 nights) we didn't need any heating at all, as the apartment is facing south and was warm by itself, At the same time we found very handy the separate heater in the bathroom, it helped to walk out of the shower in the warmth of the bathroom, The boiler is only 30 liters, that's why some people write that they may not have sufficient water for 2 people, but for us it was not a problem at all, For 2 of us the amount of hot water was more than enough, The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was amazingly clean, In fact all the apartment was so clean that we tried to do our best to leave it the same way after our departure, The balcony is amazing! And the owners surely put a lot of effort into the furniture!
