The urbanization has an extensive garden where you can find the 14x14 meter community chlorine pool, with a depth of 1.5 to 2.20 meters, where you can cool off on warm summer days. In addition, the community has tennis and paddle tennis courts where you can have a good time with your companions. The apartment, distributed over 3 floors, has a furnished porch, as well as an interior patio on the ground floor and a terrace on the second floor where you can relax and enjoy an evening outdoors. Upon entering the interior of the property, you will be greeted by the living-dining room equipped with a sofa and two armchairs that invite you to moments of relaxation and entertainment with the TV, as well as a table with chairs for the dining area. This space has air conditioning to make the stay more enjoyable. Next, you can find the gas kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for everyday use, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board for use during your stay.

To complete the distribution of the ground floor, they have a toilet. Going up the stairs, you can find the 3 bedrooms that have a closet and fan.
